Toronto, ON – August 13, 2024 – Winters Instruments, a leading manufacturer of pressure and temperature instrumentation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of CPW Valve & Instrument, a respected Canadian manufacturer of pressure instruments and accessories based in Edmonton, AB. This strategic move brings together two storied Canadian companies with a shared commitment to quality, innovation and customer service.
The acquisition of CPW Valve & Instrument is a natural addition for Winters Instruments and allows it to continue to expand its product portfolio and to strengthen its position as a leading player in the global instrumentation market. The acquisition will allow both Winters and CPW to better service it’s customers by offering access to a broader range of instrumentation solutions, additional inventory, and capabilities.
